Named after owner and chef Glen Findley (Finn to his mates) we have designed a range of what our families like to eat.  A little upmarket but still able to please the whole family the range of sauces and dressing are simple food done right.

CREAMY CAESAR DRESSING

Our version of Caesar Dressing combines lemon, garlic and parmesan with a smooth mayonnaise and is too tasty to use for only one salad. Add some pesto for a pasta salad dressing or use with Finn’s Kitchen Chunky Tomato Ketchup for your Chicken schnitzel burger.

BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING

A versatile creamy dressing, Finn & Co Ranch is a rich buttermilk mayonnaise with chives and black pepper. Toss with garden greens or slaw. For the perfect potato salad add some bacon bits and chopped shallots. Use as a dipping sauce for buffalo wings or spicy meatballs.

BRUSCHETTA DRESSING ROASTED GARLIC & THYME

A sticky balsamic glaze to drizzle over bruschetta, Greek style salads or char grilled octopus and squid. Mix with extra virgin olive oil to use as a dipping sauce for warm breads or as an all-round salad dressing.

CHUNKY BARBEQUE SAUCE

Our richly flavoured smoky barbeque sauce is the perfect gourmet accompaniment to any savoury dish. From burgers and chips, gourmet pies to steak sandwiches this tasty sauce will give all meals a lift.

CHUNKY SWEET CHILLI SAUCE

Thai style Chunky Sweet Chilli Sauce is the perfect dipping sauce for spring rolls, nuggets and other finger foods. Serve with sour cream on potato wedges. Or for something different mix with butter for a grilled sweet chilli & cheese bread.

WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE

The original steak sauce. All budding home chefs have a go to Worcester for marinades, dressings and sauces. Finn’s Kitchen Worcester is gluten and allergen free with no colours or preseratives with a classic clove and chilli punch.

GREEN PEPPERCORN HOLLANDAISE

The addition of green peppercorns provides a fresh piquant flavour and hoppy aroma. Put a little peppery hit into all your Hollandaise favourites.

BÉARNAISE

This traditional hollandaise sauce with tarragon is perfect to drizzle over grilled steak, lamb and chicken.  Pour over grilled asparagus, steamed broccoli or poached eggs and smoked salmon.

CLASSIC TARTARE SAUCE

Our classic tartare sauce with gherkin, capers and preserved lemon is the ultimate dipping sauce. The great seafood allrounder. From cold cooked prawns, crumbed calamari to freshly beer battered fish fillets this classic does it all.

ORIGINAL SEAFOOD SAUCE

A creamy mayonnaise finished with homemade Worcestershire, tomato passata and a hint of peri peri. From prawn cocktails, smoked salmon to dipping crumbed fish and calamari this sauce accompanies any hot or cold seafood.

“JUST ADD” SIMMER SAUCES

BUTTER CHICKEN

A mild Indian curry simmer sauce.  Tamarind, cloves and garum masala finished with tomato and buttermilk.  Traditionally used with chicken but also suitable for pork, lamb and seafood.  For a vegetarian option use sweet potato, parsnip and fresh peas.

Ingredients: 750g chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Butter Chicken, 300g Cream.

Instructions: Sautee diced chicken until cooked. Add Butter Chicken & stir in cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with basmati rice & naan.

Serves 6-8

THAI GREEN CURRY

An aromatic mild coconut curry sauce. Characterised by strong flavours of lemongrass and lime.  Sauté chicken and stir through coconut milk.

Ingredients: 750g chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Thai Green Curry, 300g Coconut cream.

Instructions: Sautee sliced chicken. Add Thai Green Curry. Stir in coconut cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with rice.

Serves 6-8

STROGANOFF

A family favourite that is tasty and easy to make.  Stir fry beef strips, add sour cream and serve on pasta or rice pilaf. 

Ingredients: 750g beef strips, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Stroganoff, 300ml Sour Cream.

Instructions: Sautee beef strips. Add stroganoff and Sour Cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over pappardelle pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

BOLOGNESE

Rich and flavoursome tomato based Italian sauce to make anyone a gourmet home chef.

Ingredients: 800g beef mince, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Bolognese Sauce, 375g packet gourmet egg pasta, 100g parmesan cheese.

Instructions: Sautee beef mince. Add Bolognese Sauce. Add half jar of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over well drained egg pasta cooked al dente. Finish with freshly shaved parmesan.

Serves 6-8

TOMATO & BASIL SUGO

Full flavoured authentic and packed with tomatoes.  This versatile sauce can be used as is or as a base for any hot or cold Italian cuisine.

Ingredients: 750g marinara mix, green prawns or sliced chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Tomato & Basil, 375g packet gourmet egg pasta, 100g parmesan cheese.

Instructions: Sautee seafood or chicken. Add Pasta Sauce and stir in half a jar of water. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over well drained egg pasta cooked al dente. Finish with freshly shaved parmesan.

Serves 6-8

CARBONARA

A versatile creamy pasta sauce that tastes great just from the jar or add flavour such as chicken, guanciale, sauteed mushrooms, shallots or prawns.

Ingredients: 750g sliced chicken breast, 1 jar Finn’s Kitchen Smoked Bacon & Mushroom, 300g pouring cream, 375g packet gourmet egg pasta, 100g parmesan cheese.

Instructions: Sautee sliced chicken. Add Pasta Sauce. Add cream. Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over well drained egg pasta cooked al dente. Finish with freshly shaved parmesan.
